29 CFR 1910.305(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, and receptacles located within 8 feet of the floor had live parts exposed to employee contact: a. Furniture Store front wall: An outlet used to test appliances was missing a cover plate exposing employees to electrical hazards. b. Paint mixing room: The cover plate to the outlet used to power the paint mixer was missing exposing employees to electrical hazards. c. Near the Air Conditioner: The air conditioner was connected to an outlet with a missing cover plate exposing employees to electrical hazards. SEPP'S Warehouse/Furniture and Paint Shop was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.305(c)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1403498, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 17, 2019 with respect to the same SEPP's warehouse/furniture store located at the Tafuna industrial Park, Pago Pago, American Samoa.

Furniture store left wall: A refrigerator, microwave and a water cooler were plugged into a relocatable power tap. Employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards.
