29 CFR  1910.305(e)(1):Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures:  (a) on or about 3/28/2023 and at times prior thereto workers on the dock at Da Yang Seafood in Astoria, OR were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that an electrical switch and outlet was not protected by a weatherproof cover.
