29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) PIT Charging Station - On or about April 18, 2023 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to corrosive materials at the forklift battery charging station and the eye wash station provided was blocked by multiple pallets of product and a forklift hindering the time it would take to reach the eyewash station.
