29 CFR  1926.300(b)(2):29 CFR 1926.300(b)(2): Moving part(s) of equipment exposed to contact by employees or which otherwise created a hazard, were not guarded:       a) Cement mixer: An employee was using a cement mixer with the engine guard up, exposing the employee to rotating moving parts, on or about 4/17/23.   b) Cement mixer:  Same employee was exposed to moving parts while putting his hand inside the cement mixer. Employee was holding the guard with left hand while putting his right hand inside, on or about 4/17/23.
