29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights shall bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: a) 837 US Route 33 West, Monroe Township, NJ - The employer allowed employees to work from fabricated frame scaffold, approximately 28 feet long, 5 feet wide and 26 feet high, with missing mud sills under the base plates, thus exposing employees to scaffold collapse hazards. This condition was observed on or about March 21, 2025. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee was not protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems: a) 837 US Rt 33 West, Monroe Township, NJ - The employer allowed employees to work from a fabricated frame scaffold approximately, 28 feet long, 26 feet high and 5 feet wide and working from approximately 28 feet above the ground with no fall protection system in place, thus exposing the employees to fall hazards. This condition was observed on or about March 21, 2025. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
