Condition noted  on or about 01/05/23.  b - 28, 30 & 32 Cardinal Way, Mount Laurel NJ: A worker engaged in framing, and other related activities,  was exposed to fall hazards up to and in excess of 25 feet to the ground surface below when walking and working from the top plates of exterior wall frames without the use of fall protection.  Condition noted  on or about 01/05/23.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
