29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:  a) 6760 Redfield St. Navarre FL. 32566: On and prior to April 11, 2023, the employer allowed their employees to use two ladders set up not 3 feet over the landing surface to gain access to  an over 8 foot roof.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a) 6760 Redfield St. Navarre FL. 32566: On April 11, 2023 and prior to;  the employer allowed his employees to operate pneumatic nail guns without eye protection exposing is employees to struck-by hazards.  Earm Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1556505, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 16, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 10175 Niall Dr. Lot 28c Jennings Place Pensacola, FL 32526.

Earm Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1482540, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on  August 11, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 922 Ruisseau Drive Lot 59 Ledgewick Foley, AL 36535.  Earm Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1556505, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 16, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 10175 Niall Dr. Lot 28c Jennings Place Pensacola, FL 32526.
