29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:  a) Lot 232 Allyoak Ln. Freeport FL. 32506: On August 23, 2023 and prior to; employees were exposed to fall hazards in that the employer allowed employees to install shingles onto a new residential home roof at heights of approximately 9 feet 10 inches feet with no type of fall protection in place.  EARM Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or is equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 15565505, citation number 2, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 16, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 10175 Niall Dr. Jennings Place, Pensacola, Florida.  EARM Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or is equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1482540, citation number 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 11, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 922 Ruisseau Dr. Lot 59 Ledwick, Foley, Alabama.
