29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  At a jobsite located at 13445 & 13447 W. Haskell Ct., Wichita, KS 67235, employees conducting residential framing activities were exposed to serious fall hazards of approximately 10 feet from the ceiling joists to the ground below in that fall protection was not provided.  Framing Construction New Generation LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1628515, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03-14-2023 , with respect to a workplace located at 12014 Shadow Lakes, Wichita, KS 67205.  Framing Construction New Generation LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1469202, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 04-06-2020 , with respect to a workplace located at 12811-13 E Timberlake Wichita, KS 67207.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  At the jobsite located at 13445 & 13447 W. Haskell Ct., Wichita, KS 67235 employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards when accessing an extension ladder. A wood ladder utilized at the residential building was 10 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below. Employees accessed and exited the roof utilizing the portable ladder and it did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing and was not secured to the structure.  Framing Construction New Generation LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1469202, citation number 1, item number, group letter b and was affirmed as a final order on 04-06-2020 , with respect to a workplace located at 12811-13 E Timberlake Wichita, KS 67207.
