29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  At the job site located at 460 - 462 Long Path Ct., Goddard, Sedgwick County, KS, employee(s) engaged in residential construction framing work were exposed to laceration and struck by hazards hazard(s) in that employee(s) were using a pneumatic nail gun to frame a residential structure without the use of any eye protection.  Framing Construction New Generation LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1664529, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 08-10-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 13405 & 13407 Haskell Ct., Wichita, KS 67235.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At the job site located at 460 - 462 Long Path Ct., Goddard, Sedgwick County, KS, employee(s) engaged in residential construction framing work were exposed to fall hazard(s) in that employee(s) were working at a height of approximately 10-16 feet without the use of any fall protection.  Framing Construction New Generation LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1664529, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 08-10-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 13405 & 13407 Haskell Ct., Wichita, KS 67235.  Framing Construction New Generation LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1628515, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03-14-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 12014 Shadow Lakes Wichita, KS 67205.  Framing Construction New Generation LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1469202, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 04-06-2020, with respect to a workplace located at 12811-13 E Timberlake Wichita, KS 67207.
