This condition exposed employees to struck-by and cave-in hazards associated with a trench wall collapse.  Site Work Specialist, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1412811, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 19, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at Disk Drive and Haines Avenue Project, Rapid City, SD 57701.
