29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a)a) At the US Department of Justice, Executive Offices of the U.S. Attorney, located 24 Mistletoe St., Medford OR: On or about and at times prior to 04-27-2023, the Employer failed to ensure that a suitable facility for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes, such as an eye-wash, was available for emergency use where the possibility exist that employees could be exposed to corrosive materials, such as "Cloralen" a Category 1 eye corrosive.
