29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At 13337 W 180th St, Olathe, KS 66062 employee engaged in gasoline handing activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that a written hazard communication program had not been developed and implemented. The chemical hazards associated with gasoline are: extreme flammability as a liquid and vapor, causes skin irritation, may cause genetic defects, may cause cancer, may cause drowsiness or dizziness, may cause damage to organs through prolonged or repeated exposure and may be fatal if swallowed and/or enters in airways.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1):Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. At 13337 W 180th St, Olathe, KS 66062 employee engaged in fuel handing activities were exposed to corrosive and flammable hazards in that safety data sheets were not maintained at the workplace.
