29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: At the location of buildings 31 and 32 on Aurora St in Olathe, Ks, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet from the garage's roof to the ground below. Employees had not been provided training to recognize, evaluate, and control fall hazards while working at height.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: At the location of buildings 31 and 32 on Aurora St in Olathe, Ks, employees engaged in framing a single-family dwelling were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet from the garage's roof to the ground below. A fall protection system was not utilized to keep the employees from falling.
