29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge: At a temporary location 22108 W 123rd place, Olathe, Kansas, on or about March 6, 2024, employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10.7 feet from the walking working surface of the second floor to the ground below. Stair rail system was not utilized to protect the employees from falling.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At a temporary location 22108 W 123rd place, Olathe, Kansas, on or about March 6, 2024, employees, engaged in framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 21 feet from the roof to the ground below. Fall protection was not utilized. The Eusebio Gonzalez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1666635, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/6/2023, with respect to a workplace located at buildings 31 and 32 on Aurora St in Olathe, Kansas.
