29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii):  Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone:  a. Haas Food Service - On or about April 26, 2023, the employer failed to provide an effectively sized brush for the application of a releasing agent to protect employees working at the Haas #14 Oven. A machine operator was using an approximately five-inch brush to manually apply a releasing agent to the cores when the employee dropped the brush into the machine. The employee subsequently reached into the danger zone of the machine to retrieve the brush, which resulted in a fracture to the employee's right hand and burns to the same hand and wrist when caught between the core and mold.
