29 CFR 1910.242(a):Hand and portable powered tools or equipment were not kept in safe condition: a) Tri-Dim Filter Corporation. on or about April 22, 2023, at the address of 1410 Motor Dr. Fremont, OH: Employees tasked with using the Landa MPE 5000 PSI pressure washer without the appropriate length spray gun and wand installed/utilized were exposed to lacerations from the machine's 5000 psi water jet. The employer failed to ensure manufactures warning labels remained legible and the distance from wand's trigger mechanism and the end of the pressure nozzle was at least 48 inches.
