29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1):The employer shall ensure that each affected employee wears a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects. On or about May 4, 2023, at the facility where employee were using a Anver VPF-57-AC Vac Pack 1100 pound Gantry crane without utilizing protective helmets when working where there is a potential injury to the head from falling objects.
