29 CFR 1904.32(b)(3): The Summary of Work-Related Injury and Illnesses (OSHA Form 300A or equivalent) was not properly certified. El Centro Sector: On or before May 5, 2023, the summary logs for 2022 that the employer submitted were not certified by an authorizing official as required. This condition potentially exposed employees to hazard trends throughout the workplace. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1904.32(b)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1654759, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 2, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 211 West Aten Road, Imperial CA 92251.
