29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points.  On or about May 02, 2023, employees were exposed electrical shock hazards in the following instances:  1) Nabors equipment trailer; a black (120V) electrical cable was run through the bottom of the door and pinched between the metal frame and door. The electrical cable was used to supply power to the Toolpusher Conex.   2) Nabors Safety Trailer; a 25-foot yellow (12 AWG) extension cord was run through the bottom of the door and pinched between the metal frame and door. The extension cord was used to supply power to the electric grill.
