29 CFR  1910.1026(d)(1):The employer with a workplace or work operation covered by this standard did not determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI):  On or about April 26, 2023, and at times prior thereto, determination of the 8-hour time-weighted-average (TWA) employee exposure to chromium (VI) during welding operations was not completed.  Employees were exposed to hazards associated with hexavalent chromium.
