29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer failed to provide copies of the injury and illness records to an authorized representative within four hours of the request: a) On May 08, 2023, the employer failed to provide OSHA 300 Logs for 2023, 2022, 2021 and 2020 to include OSHA 300A summaries for 2022, 2021 and 2020 after requested by an authorized representative of the Secretary of Labor within four hours as required. The Home Depot was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1388899, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/25/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 7007 Narcoossee Road, Orlando FL, 32822. The Home Depot was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1417475, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/27/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 6190 Mid Rivers Mall Drive St Peters, MO, 63304. The Home Depot was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1611006, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/23/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 22 Ashbrook Road Keene, NH, 03431.
