29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At the worksite, 8436 Silver Spruce Circle, Liverpool, NY 13090. On or about May 8, 2023, an employee was engaged in residential roofing activities on a roof with a 6:12 pitch, approximately 15 feet from eave to ground. The employee was not protected from falling by use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or a personal fall arrest system. J. Lindsley Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1615549, citation number 1, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on (12-19-2022), with respect to a workplace located at 198 Balsam Street, Liverpool, NY 13088.
