29 CFR 1904.41(a)(1): Annual electronic submission of part 1904 records by establishments with 250 or more employees. The establishment had 250 or more employees at any time during the previous calendar year, and this part requires the establishment to keep records, and the employer did not electronically submit information from the three recordkeeping forms that are kept under this part (OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses, OSHA Form 300 Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses, and OSHA Form 301 Injury and Illness Incident Report) to OSHA or OSHA's designee. The employer must submit the information once a year, no later than the date listed in paragraph (c) of this section of the year after the calendar year covered by the forms.  On or about 8 May 2023, and prior thereto, BASF Corporation did not submit the OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses for 2022 to the OSHA Injury Tracking Application (ITA) by March 2, 2023. BASF documented they had 280 employees at their business location at 3150 Hwy JJ, Palmyra, MO, 63461.
