29 CFR 1910.178(m)(4):The employer shall prohibit arms or legs from being placed between the uprights of the mast or outside the running lines of the truck. On or about May 02, 2023, the employer failed to prohibit employee(s) from placing an arm in between the mast of a forklift truck. As a result, an employee was exposed to caught in hazards associated with the moving mechanical parts and the in-running nip points of the chain section in the mast of a Toyota (7FBCU15) electric forklift truck.
