29 CFR  1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c).  On or about May 11, 2023, an employee was working in a trench that was not protected from cave-ins.  This exposed the employee to a caught-in hazard.  The Brewer Construction Oklahoma LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1554569, citation number  1 , item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on 07/07/2022, with respect to a workplace located at the Corner of NW 47th and MacArthur in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73111.
