29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1): Power operated tool(s), designed to accommodate guards, were not equipped with such guards when in use. On or about May 10, 2023 employees were using a Ryobi 12" Compound Miter Saw to cut aluminum soffit. The saw is designed to accommodate a lower guard. The lower guard was removed while the saw was in use.
