29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: a) Slear #1: On or about , May 11, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electric shock hazards, in that a cover was not installed on the 4-inch by 4-inch metal electrical junction box located on the stacker table to prevent inadvertent contact by employees working in the area. b) Slear #2: On or about , May 11, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electric shock hazards, in that the cover of the metal, electrical junction box on the #2 Slear was inadequately secured and hanging from the box by one attachment point leaving electrical wiring exposed.
