29 CFR  1910.305(b)(1)(ii):Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed:  a) E-Feeder 419 - 1: On or about , February 27, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electric shock hazards, in that the 240 junction box on Harper Line 10 was not effectively closed (missing knockout cover) in a manner that would prevent inadvertent contact with inner electrically powered components while the employees are operating the cutout switch.  b) Drop down electrical power supply: On or about , February 27, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electric shock hazards, in that the drop down power source near Harper Line 10 was not effectively closed (missing knockout cover) in a manner that would prevent inadvertent contact with inner electrically powered components while the employees are operating the cutout switch.  Royal Metal Products, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard1910.305(b)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1670004, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on November 20, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Royal Way Temple, GA. 30179.
