29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: 33 West Street., Grandy, MA: On or about May 15, 2023, four employees were observed working on a residential structure engaged in roofing activities with unprotected sides and edges greater than 10 feet above the ground and were not protected from falling by either guard rails, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems exposing him to fall hazards. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19 (d)(1). RMP Home Improvement Experts, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)13, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1578882 , citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/02/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 15 Mallow Rd., Springfield, MA.
