29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) Jobsite located at 1304 N. Front Street, Philadelphia, PA. - The employer did not ensure an employee conducting demolition activities from the 3rd floor of a residential building, approximately 20 feet above the ground level, was protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system. Condition observed on or about May 15, 2023.
