Employees were performing demolition activities from the first floor of a residential building without the use of fall protection, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet.  First Call Demolition LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1670173, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 7, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1304 North Front Street, Philadelphia, PA 19122.
