29 CFR 1910.1200(b)(4)(ii): In work operations where employees only handled chemicals in sealed containers which were not opened under normal conditions of use, the employer did not ensure that the material safety data sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they are in their work area(s): On or about May 16, 2023, the employer failed to ensure that the safety data sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were kept on an internal computer system that employees do not have access to. Employees are exposed to chemicals including, but not limited to, formalin.
