29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1):Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: A.) SC Acquisition Company dba Sharpsville Container, 103 Canal St, SHARPSVILLE, PA 16150, on or about 5/18/23 and times prior thereto: Employees worked with and around flexible cords and extension cords. Employees were not trained on the requirements noted in standards including, but not limited to 1910.334(a). The flexible and extension cords were used to power equipment including but not limited to, Black Max Ventilation Fans. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
