29 CFR  1926.761(b):The employer did not train each employee exposed to a fall hazard in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.761:  A) 900 Rt 1 North Edison, NJ 08817  The employer did not ensure each employee is provided adequate fall protection training. An employee setting and erecting steel  was wearing a body harness without the leg straps engaged. The employee was exposed to a fall height of 37'3'' to the ground level below. 29 CFR  1926.760(a)(1):Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems.  A) 900 Rt 1 North Edison, NJ 08817  An employee setting and erecting steel did not have fall protection in place. The employee was exposed to a fall height of 37'3'' to the ground level below.   Hazard noted on or about 05/19/23  New Jersey Iron, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1536385, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/15/21, with respect to a workplace located at 507 E Main St Bound Brook, NJ.  New Jersey Iron, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1396969, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/22/19, with respect to a workplace located at 150 Chestnut St Ridgewood, NJ.  New Jersey Iron, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1365359, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/01/19, with respect to a workplace located at 620 Ocean Ave Long Branch, NJ.
