29 CFR 1926.552(a)(1): The employer did not comply with the manufacturer's specifications and limitations applicable to the operation of all hoists and elevators.  On or about May 19, 2023, employees were exposed to a fall while utilizing a RGC material hoist to access the roof and the manufacturer for this equipment prohibits this work practice.
