29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On May 19, 2023, at or near 3213 Eastside Place in Bismarck, North Dakota, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet while conducting shingling operations on a residential roof without fall protection systems being utilized.
