29 CFR  1910.147(d): The established procedure for the application of energy control (the lockout or tagout procedures) did not cover the actions listed in and was not done in sequence as required by 29 CFR 1910.147(d)(1)-(6):   a) HP Inc, on or about May 17, 2023, at the address of 1371598 Galion, OH; The employer did not ensure that energy control procedures were implemented prior to technicians opening protective covers to perform servicing on the HP Indigo W6800p digital press. Employees tasked with servicing an energized Blanket Cleaning System (BCS) on the HP Indigo W6800p digital press without the benefit of energy isolation were exposed to hazards such as but not limited to 400v electrical, 75PSI pneumatics, and pinch points, in that the employers established energy control procedures were not utilized before the employee began the aforementioned task.
