At one of the warehouses located at 470 County Road 448, Tavares, FL: On or about May 17, 2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized while an employee was working from the bucket of an aerial lift.  b. At one of the warehouses located at 470 County Road 448, Tavares, FL: On or about May 17, 2023and at times prior, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized while employees were using an aerial lift to gain access to and from the rooftop to install and remove the metal roof panels.
