29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a) 7870 Landing Eagle Dr. Daphne AL. On or about May 25, 2023, and at times prior; The employer failed to ensure employees installing Vapor Retarder Membrane Barrier on the roof of the home was protected from falls of 7 feet 9 inches to ground due to no fall protection being used.

On or about May 25, 2023, and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees installing Vapor paper was trained on the purpose of fall protection and the hazard associated with falls over 6 feet.
