29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section: a) 1348 Colleton Ct. Semmes, AL. On or about November 21, 2024, and at times prior, the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without fall protection being used, exposing his employees to a fall hazards of up to 9 feet 4 inches to the ground below. Yalbis Ramos was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b) (13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1672943, citation number 1, item number 1/a and was affirmed as a final order on August 8, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 7870 Landing Eagle Dr. Daphne, AL. 36526.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program did not enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and did not train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about November 21, 2024; and at times prior, the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without first ensuring his crew was trained on the hazards associated with falls to include but not limited to setting up and inspecting fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 8 feet 6 inch to the ground below. Mr. Yalbis Ramos was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1672943, citation number 1, item number 1/b and was affirmed as a final order on August 8, 2023 with respect to a workplace located at 7870 Landing Eagle Dr. Daphne, AL. 36526.
