29 CFR 1910.179(n)(3)(vi):The employer did not require that the operator of crane(s) avoid carrying loads over people: Employees are being exposed to crush by hazards in that an employee must approach the empanange from under and to the rear of the part, which is still being lifted by the DEMAG 5 ton gimbal crane, and manually guide the part up or down for the securing of bolts into the fuselage.
