29 CFR  1910.134(i)(8):An asphyxiating substance was introduced into breathing air lines:  On or about February 24, 2025, at the Paint Booth #5 in Plant III, employee(s) were exposed to respiratory health hazards in that the piping configuration and  the open compressed air ball valve of the Autoclave #10, connecting the nitrogen and compressed air systems, allowed the introduction of nitrogen gas into the breathing airlines used at the Paint Booth #5, asphyxiating an employee and also exposing employees at Paint Booth #7 and the Carousel/Prime Booth.
