29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    (a) On May 30, 2023, at or near 4101 and 4105 Montreal Street, Bismarck, ND, 58503,  the sub-contractors employees were exposed to fall hazards of over 25 feet while installing roofing materials (asphalt shingles) on a 3:12 pitch roof.
