29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) On June 3rd, 2025, at 3501 13th Street SW in Minot, North Dakota, the employees of a subcontractor were exposed to a fall hazard while engaged in roofing activities on a residential roof at heights up to 8 feet 4 inches and a slope of 4:12  without fall protection.  Note:  This company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection 1673561, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 6th, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 4101 Montreal Street Bismarck, North Dakota.
