On the ground, at a temporary residential job site located at 9483 Balsam Fir Court - Lot 282, Jacksonville, FL 32208: On or about May 31, 2023, the employer exposed an employee to head injuries in that a hard hat was not utilized by employee picking up debris while underneath the other employees working on the roof.

On a temporary residential job site located at 9483 Balsam Fir Court - Lot 282, Jacksonville, FL 32208: On or about May 31, 2023, the employer exposed six employees to fall hazards ranging from 6 to 9-foot, in that the ladder side rails of a 16-foot Werner-brand portable extension ladder were not extended 3 feet above the roof eve.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:  a. At a temporary residential job site, located at 9483 Balsam Fir Court - Lot 282, Jacksonville, FL 32208:  On or about May 31, 2023, the employer exposed six employees to eye injury hazards caused by airborne debris and flying objects, in that eye protection was not utilized by the employees, while a gasoline powered blower was used to blow roofing debris from the roof area.   Joseph Marvin Home Repairs, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1536092, citation number 001, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on October 20, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 13998 Nations Eagle Lane, Jacksonville, FL 3226.

On a 5:12 pitched roof of a temporary residential  job site,  located at 9483 Balsam Fir Court - Lot 282, Jacksonville , FL 32208:  On or about May 31, 2023, the employer exposed six employees to fall hazards ranging from 9 to 18-foot, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while conducting roofing work.  Joseph Marvin Home Repairs, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1536092, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on October 20, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 13998 Nations Eagle Lane, Jacksonville, FL 32226.
