The employer did not provide medical evaluations to employees required to use the respirators as required in 1910.134(c)(1)(ii).  b) Steel Fabricators, Inc., Fort Collins, CO: On or about June 1, 2023, and at times prior,  employees conducting welding operations on A500 & A53 steel are exposed to inhalation hazards.
