On the roof of a temporary residential worksite, located at 9367 Ribault Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32208: On or about June 2, 2023, the employer exposed employees to eye injury hazards caused by airborne debris and flying objects, in that eye protection was not utilized by the employee, while using pneumatic nail guns to install roof shingles.
