29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(12): Ladders used where the employee or the ladder could contact exposed energized electrical equipment did not have nonconductive siderails: a) On or about June 6, 2023, a portable aluminum extension ladder was positioned in close proximity to overhead power lines. This ladder served as the primary access and exit point to the upper landing surface.
