Worksite located at 800 Mill St., Building #200, Kirksville, Missouri- On or about May 26, 2023, an employee was seriously injured when he fell from a breezeway that had a top rail that was toe-nailed into the the outer sheathing instead of a wooden stud. The nails did not hold when the employee went to throw materials down to the ground level.
